Payment Options

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

PayPal transactions will be processed immediately. Credit card transactions will be processed upon shipment of items.

Shipping

We provide free ground shipping for orders over $75 and case orders within the continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). An $8 flat rate applies to all box orders. We also offer expedited services for an additional fee.

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for ground shipping delivery. In the event your shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you with updates using the contact information given during registration.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or merchandise exchange. We will pay for shipping costs if the return is due to damages incurred during transportation or receiving an incorrect item. Items should be returned in the original packaging with any accompanying documentation.

Refunds

We will send your refund after processing your return request. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks to receive your refund. You will be notified of the refund status via email as soon as your return has been processed. Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment.
