Shentex is the sole owner of any information collected on this website. All information is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned to third parties. Information collected from our customers is used only to better serve you with relevant data, such as order processing, confirmation, and status updates. We ask for your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and payment details, including your credit card number. The information you provide is held with the utmost care and will not be used in way you have not consented to.

We require our customers to register an account with a username and password to make future orders easier to place. In an effort to further safeguard your information, Shentex asks that you please do not share this account login with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these messages.

Order Processing

The majority of information collected during registration is used to process orders. When ordering, you will be asked to provide payment details such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we use your contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. To simplify the ordering process, you must first complete the user registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide contact information, including your name, street address, e-mail address, telephone number. The testimonials section of this website is intended as a forum where customers can share their experiences with others. Published testimonials are genuine and are not edited or altered in any manner by Shentex. However, we monitor this section and reserve the right to post or remove any testimonial at our discretion.

By posting a testimonial on this website, you give us permission to reprint your comments in association with our business.
